Therefore, we have a revenue share, of the earnings, but all you have to do is provide the home. It takes the hassle out of renting your property, and it makes it more bookable so you can earn more money than before. This is a great and care free way to rent your vacation home or long term unit.

Step 1: Intro MeetingTo start we will schedule a Intro meeting where you will meet our General Manager and begin the Owners Program Process.

Step 2: Welcome MeetingThe next step is our General Manager meeting with you one more time to display a presentation to you, showing your growth potential and revenue share

Step 3: Agreement SigningBefore we move on with the program and making your vacation rental the best in the business. We will meet a third time to sign and agree on the terms you would have discussed in the Welcome Meeting.

Step 4: We Put in Our FurnitureThis step is when, we go into your home and we put in or switch out the furniture with our top of the line furniture.

Step 5: Listing PublishingThis step is when we take all of your properties info and list it on all of the state of art booking sites. We also set up calendars for immediate booking.

Step 6: Sit Back and RelaxThe final step is to sit back, relax, and let Home For Now, take care of your property, and make you the extra income you need.
